Moving Meditation
In lieu of class this week, I am sharing something a little different! I made a moving meditation. It’s not as rambunctious as the usual Bird Song workouts. It’s gentle and slow. It is designed to be a calming treat for a busy mind. It’s more meditation than workout.
This will eventually be part of the Bird Song Fitness Digital subscription, but these links will be live for you for just one week! Feel free to pass this along to anyone who might enjoy it.
You don’t need any equipment, but you may want something for balance, and a pen and paper nearby. The full length version is just over 40 minutes, so if you don’t have that kind of time, I have included an abbreviated version. If you do have time, I definitely recommend giving the full length version a shot!
